Heartbreak for Canterbury TV families

There was heartbreak yesterday for family and friends waiting outside the collapsed Canterbury TV building when police called off the rescue operation. The police said teams had to pull out because the nearby Hotel Grand Chancellor was posing such a safety risk - but they have now resumed their rescue efforts there.
