Netanyahu says no peace deal based on pre-1967 borders

The Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, has told a joint session of the US Congress in Washington that he's ready to make painful compromises to achieve peace with the Palestinians, despite a repeated rejection of an accord based on 1967 borders.
