English says NZ can weather fallout from US debt crisis

The Finance Minister, Bill English, says New Zealand can weather any global impact resulting from the United States debt crisis. Democrats and Republicans have until next Tuesday to agree to allow the government to borrow more so it can pay bills the include pensions and interest on existing loans.
