The Education Minister's office has confirmed a Maori tertiary education provider is being investigated over claims it's breaking the law by calling itself a university; The Maori Affairs Select Committee will be hearing submissions in Auckland today for part of its inquiry into the well-being of Maori children; Lawyers acting on behalf of the Crown and a Brazilian company are due to deliver their submissions to the High Court today - over a permit issued to the international energy firm, Petrobras; Taranaki reo campaigners hope an exhibition opening at Puke Ariki museum in New Plymouth this week will open the public's ears to the region's unique dialect.
