A Maori social services provider that's lost a Government social services contract says its wants officials to review the way they scrutinise the Family Start scheme; Almost 20 Maori food and drink producers are banding together to market themselves under one banner; A kura kaupapa principle says her school owes the wider Nelson community some acknowledgement for supporting the establishment of the region's first Maori language immersion school; The Canterbury Regional Council says it's working with Ngai Tahu and the community to try and prevent further illegal discharge of effluent into Te Waihora, or Lake Ellesmere.
