Hamilton's Halo project brings a 'tui explosion'

Conservationists say there has been a population explosion of tui in the suburbs of Hamilton. Six years of work in remote bush reserves by the Hamilton Halo project have boosted the breeding and survival of native birds 20 kilometres from the city. Now tui are now moving to the city and breeding there.
