The Crown says the Privy Council's decision to quash Mark Lundy's convictions for murdering his wife and daughter, and order a retrial, is in no way a suggestion that his trial in 2002 was unfair and there is no criticism of the Court of Appeal's decision dismissing Mr Lundy's appeal against conviction in 2002.
