Speculation mounts on who will take over from John Banks

Speculation is mounting about who will take over as leader of the ACT party following the decision by John Banks to quit politics. His decision follows a High Court ruling that he should stand trial on a charge of making a false return during the 2010 Auckland Mayoral election.
