Court of Appeal to rule today on Kim Dotcom search warrants

The Court of Appeal will rule today whether search warrants used during the police raids on the internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom's house were unlawful. The Chief High Court judge, Justice Winkelmann, ruled in June 2012 that the warrants used in the raid earlier that year were too broad, and didn't describe the offences properly.
