Brother: new Police Commissioner should apologise

The brother of Arthur Allan Thomas says New Zealand's newly-appointed police commissioner, Mike Bush, owes his brother a personal apology. Arthur Thomas spent nine years in jail for the 1970 murders of Harvey and Jeanette Crewe before being pardoned after a Royal Commission found Inspector Bruce Hutton planted evidence to secure the conviction.
