Flood-stricken Christchurch residents want help with move

People with homes in sodden Carrick Street in Christchurch say it makes sense for the council to pay for them to move out. The city's mayor says red zoning properties in the Flockton Basin isn't an option. But Lianne Dalziel says what could be an option - is for the council to pay "a sum of money" so they can leave.
