Controversial Food Bill finally makes progress in Parliament

Four years after being introduced, the highly contentious Food Bill has finally made some progress in Parliament. When the bill was first proposed, it caused an outcry when it was suggested it would spell the end of fundraisers such as sausage sizzles.
