Doctors visits and prescriptions to be free for under 13's

The current New Zealander of the Year, Kaitaia GP Lance O'Sullivan, set up a low-cost health clinic, Te Kohanga Whakaora (The Nest of Wellness), which offers flexible forms of payment and walk-in appointments.
