Corben Simpson not only won an APRA Silver Scroll for song of the year in 1971 but a Golden Scroll for the best recording of the decade with his emotional ballad Have You Heard a Man Cry. He produced two solo albums in the early 1970s and a host of singles, but is best known as a founding member of Blerta and co-writer and vocalist of the Kiwi anthem Dance All Around the World. Musical Chairs celebrates the career of eccentric traveling minstrel and songwriter Corben Simpson.
