Friends of RNZ Music choose their favourite NZ album

Tales of romance, sneaking into pubs, making it in New York and even tidying the house make up these nostalgic stories about New Zealand music.

We asked Kanoa Lloyd, Kings, Jack Tame, Graeme Hill and Tami Neilson to pick their favour NZ album and tel us about it - here's what they chose (scroll down for the vids).

Kings is an Auckland hip-hop artist who holds the record for NZ's longest running #1 single of all time, with his song 'Don't Worry 'Bout It'.

Jack Tame: Scribe - The Crusader

Jack Tame is a presenter on TVNZ 1's Breakfast and Newstalk ZB's Saturday Morning With Jack Tame.

Graeme Hill: Skeptics -  Skeptics III

Graeme Hill is a former member of the Able Tasmans and Humphreys & Keen. He hosted 95bFM's breakfast show during the 90s and currently hosts the Weekend Variety Wireless on Radio Live.

Tami Neilson: Nature's Best

Tami Nielson is country/soul singer who won the prestigious Solver Scroll Award in 2014 fo her song “Walk (Back to Your Arms)”, as well as Best Female Artist at the National Country Music Awards. She's currently touring New Zealand.
