Does music have the potential to start a revolution? The powerhouse quartet of Moana Maniapoto, Rob Ruha, Warren Maxwell and Shihad’s Jon Toogood think it can at least contribute.
They took the stage together for the Auckland Arts Festival show Revolutions in March, playing their most politically loaded songs alongside some carefully chosen covers.
This performance was recorded and engineered for RNZ by Andre Upston.
