Dunedin Music: Otoitu In Flood

A vibrant creative arts precinct based in the Bing Harris building on lower High Street, Dunedin has hosted the Arc Cafe and music venue, Arclife records, Gallery spaces, a dance studio, various flats falling into grey areas of legality, and from 2003, Otoitu Community Recording Studios, run by Forbes Williams. Emma Smith went to Dunedin to sift through the sounds and stories of the now defunct studio.
