Based in Auckland suburb Grey Lynn, Gahu fuse the traditional music of Ghana with the funky rhythms of afro-beat and jazz to create what they call afro-kiwi music, a sound that is increasingly appearing at festivals around New Zealand. Music Mix reporter Andrew Clifford visited Gahu HQ and spoke to Bud Hooper and YB about their new album 'Shell Money'.
