DJ Zoloo

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia is currently undergoing a rapid urbanization due in part to increased mining exploration over the last decade. As the city centre expand skywards, the dance music scene is also bubbling up from the underground. Mongolian DJ and producer Zoh-loh mixes beats and throat singing. He recently visited New Zealand to share a little something of his country's burgeoning club culture. Emma Smith speaks with DJ Zoh Loh via a translator.
