The sounds of the sardonic south head north as Onanon tour their latest long player 'Home Baking'. August 2009 sees Onanon playing their first ever shows in Auckland and Hamilton, despite forming eight years ago! Inspired by the Dunedin gothic and the sounds of the 3Ds, Chris Knox and Ed Gains - to name but a few - these dark indie rockers tell Emma Smith that they formed out of necessity.
