Mr Sterile Assembly

Outsider punk group Mr Sterile Assembly - currently that is Kieren Morgan and partner Chrissie Butler - unleashed their fifth release of subversive earworms in 2011. The project called 'Transit' has grown beyond the jewel-case, with an accompanying art exhibition featuring more than a dozen works, and a website including their lyrical musings on New Zealand's social climate. Music 101's Emma Smith speaks with Kieren and Chrissy in their cosy Wellington home.
