Nathan Haines Live at Leigh Sawmill

Kick back with some quality sounds from New Zealand's biggest selling jazz artist Nathan Haines performing live at Leigh Sawmill in 2013, and in the RNZ studios for NZ Live early in 2019.

Nathan has been surrounded by music from an early age with his father Kevin Haines one of NZ’s leading bassists, and his older brother Joel a respected guitarist, composer and producer. Nathan has released nine celebrated albums during his decade in England and his return to Auckland in 2005.

Early 2019 saw Nathan and his band in session performing songs from ‘Shift Left’ for RNZ’s NZ Live series.

In late August Haines celebrates the 25th anniversary of his ground-breaking album ‘Shift Left’ with shows in Wellington and Auckland, and he's been selected as the music director for the 2019 Silver Scroll Awards ceremony in October 2019.
