Auckland indie rockers Clap Clap Riot got Kody Neilson (Mint Chicks) to help record their second album Nobody/Everybody and now they've grown the band adding ex-Artisan Guns drummer Alex Freer and keyboard player Jonathan Pearce. Nick Atkinson headed down to a rehearsal and found guitarist Dave Rowlands locked out of the studio minding the gear, waiting for the lead-singer - and holder of the keys - Stephen Heard. Naturally Dave and Nick started talking cars.
