He’s been doing it for 29 years now and he sells them around the world. The knives start as a piece of a car spring, then it’s hours and hours of painstaking, hot and sometimes dangerous work to craft them into a well-balanced, flexible, durable and extremely sharp ‘one-off’ knife.
