Phil has also made documentaries about Pele and Mohammed Ali, as well as The Boy Mir: Ten Years In Afghanistan (aka "The Boy From Bamiyan"), which is his sequel to the award-winning The Boy Who Plays on the Buddhas of Bamiyan – it traces the life over the past ten years of the young boy who was the subject of the first film (who is now 18 years old).
