Should HPV vaccine for cervical cancer be free for boys?

With Dr Nikki Turner. The HPV vaccination programme began in New Zealand in 2008, initially through General Practices and since 2009, largely through schools at year 8 (age 12). Young women up to the age of 20 can also get the free three dose Gardasil vaccine from their family doctor or practice nurse. Australia offers the vaccine free for boys, but that's not the case here.
