One of the most important things we can do in our lives is to spend some time really defining what a satisfying, what a great life, would really look like.

Dr Timothy Sharp is an Australian clinical psychologist and the founder of The Happiness Institute, which aims to enhance happiness in people, their families and also in organisations.

He is also an author of a few books, his latest being, Live Happier, Live Longer (published by Allen & Unwin). It's a guide to positive ageing and getting the most out of your life.

Dr. Sharp has three degrees in psychology (including a Ph.D.) and set up one of Sydney's largest clinical psychology practices. He has taught at several New South Wales universities. He is also a bestselling author of The Happiness Handbook, 100 Ways to Happiness: a guide for busy people and most recently, 100 Ways to Happy Children: a guide for busy parents.
