Chef Lauraine Jacobs has contributed entries for 13 New Zealand restaurants to a new international book, 1001 Restaurants You Must Experience Before You Die (published in New Zealand by New Holland). She has recipes for a salad of sardines and eggs, and ceviche of fresh fish with coconut cream.
