Foodie Judith Cullen and art gallery owner and photographer Michelle Chalkin Sinclair have just published a book called Dunedin Fonebook, showcasing "everything delicious and colourful" about the coastal southern city.
Recipes:
Smoked salmon potato stack topped purslane yoghurt and fennel and apple slaw
Strawberry mousse and hazelnut meringue loaf.
Judith says she wanted to create a little city guide based on others she'd seen overseas:
"I've always thought it would be really cool if we had our own little book that was just about Dunedin."
Every photo in the book was taken on Michelle's phone:
"I want to show people what they see on an everyday basis – or what they used to see on an everyday basis - can be seen in a different way... There's a decidedly 'insider's Dunedin' feel to it – and that's what we wanted to achieve."
