From Nine To Noon, 9:33 am on 17 March 2017

New Zealand Rugby has launched a new website called called Headfirst, featuring rugby players past and present giving advice on how to deal with mental illness - not just for sufferers, but for their caregivers, coaches and friends.  It's being lead by NZR Education Officer Dr Nathan Price. Nine to Noon also speaks to Chiefs prop and Junior All Black James McGougan who's featured on the website talking about his own experience of depression and suicidal thoughts.
