Quitting the classroom for the kitchen

Former Wellington teachers Nicola Davidson and Danielle Nobis were working together at a school when they decided to go sugar-free.

Sharing an interest in nutrition and wellbeing, the pair started swapping recipes for sugar-free treats.

A year or so later, they took the plunge and started Raw Goodness, producing and selling a range of sugar-free, unbaked slices, cakes and cupcakes.
