Whistleblowers law "weak, patchy and out of date"

Workplace whistleblowers are left unprotected by "weak, patchy and out of date" legislation, according to a new report. Kathryn Ryan talks to the report's authors Professor AJ Brown of Australia's Griffith University and Michael Macaulay of Victoria University who compared policies across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, and found 23 percent of public agencies don't have procedures to record or track whistleblowing incidents.
