Go nuts for GLOW-nuts !
Graham Joe from Gelissimo has been making quirky neon ice creams for Wellington's LUX light event for years.
This year he has out-done himself by extending the Glow menu beyond gelato - with glazed glowing doughnuts, also known as glow-nuts and lots more.
His tasty treats are made from vitamin D loaded UV-reactive food, and are safe to eat.
