Reverse equity mortgages

Banking Ombudsman Deborah Battell on the increasing number of complaints over the cost of mortgage break fees. In her annual report the Ombudsman says the fallout from the recession has led to many complaints and disputes from customers wanting to break out of fixed term mortgages due to financial difficulties.
