Justice Joe Williams on leading the Wai 262 inquiry

Justice Joe Williams is the High Court judge and presiding officer of the Indigenous Flora and Fauna and Intellectual Property report. He speaks for the first time about the Wai 262 report. The inquiry looked at the place of Maori culture, identity and traditional knowledge in New Zealand's laws, and in government policies and practices.
