Dean Brettschneider is an New Zealand artisan baker with recipes for hearty winter pies and pastries. Today he offers hearty tamarillo bourgignon pie, chunky chicken and apricot spinach pastry plaits and cranberry and apple cobbler. John Hawkesby's wine selection includes Bobbing Creek 2010 Pinot Noir, 2009 Waimea Estates Chardonnay,and Julicher Rose 2011 from Martinborough.
