Drugged drivers

The Automobile Association's Mike Noon and Auckland Hospital's Clinical Director of Adult Emergency, Dr Tim Parke, talk about the new figures out that show just how many drivers are causing crashes while under the influence of drugs. They also both comment on the growing, but untested for, amount of drivers under the influence of smaller combination amounts of both alcohol and recreational drugs.
