Feature Guest - Madeleine Pierard

Lyric soprano Madeleine Pierard is back home in New Zealand for her longest stint since heading overseas in 2006. Her career has blossomed in London, from winning the 2005 Lexus Song Contest to becoming a resident artist - the Jette Parker Young Artist - with The Royal Opera, Covent Garden from 2010. Madeleine returned to New Zealand last year, to perform with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra's Ode to Joy tour, which coincided with the rugby world cup.
