BP will pay US$4.5 billion in a settlement with the US government over the Gulf of Mexico oil spill in 2010, plus plead guilty to criminal charges. Brian O'Neill is the lawyer for the Alaskan residents and fishermen affected by Exxon Valdez oil spill.
