Vali Nasr - author of 'The Dispensable Nation'

Vali Nasr is a former senior adviser to Richard Holbrooke, the Obama administration's special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan. He is now dean of Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies in Washington and the author of 'The Dispensable Nation: American Foreign Policy in Retreat'.
