Financial watchdog criticises Government for not putting out better investor information

Financial Markets Authority CEO Sean Hughes on the regulator's concern that the Government has failed to heed a call for better and clearer information for ordinary investors in its offer documents for the partial floats of Mighty River Power and Meridian Energy.
