Extreme ski champion and former doctor, 35-year-old Sam Hazledine created the country's biggest medical recruitment agency, MedRecruit in 2006. It has featured in NZ's list of fastest growing companies - the Deloitte Fast 50, for the past four consecutive years. Sam also won Ernst and Young's Young Entrepreneur of the year in 2012. He's written a book called "The Unfair Fight: Give Your Small Business the Winning Advantage".
