Deep Capture: changing the conversation about who's to blame for the obesity epidemic

Dr Trent Smith is Senior Lecturer in Economics at the University of Otago. Along with Professor Attila Tasnádi, from Corvinus University of Budapest, he has developed an economic model of "deep capture", which they have demonstrated by applying it to the food industry's response to obesity.
