After twenty years of dairy farming Wendy Fulton's decided she wants to build her own dream home. So she chucked in the cows and has gone back to school at the Manukau Institute of technology to become a carpenter. Women chippies are rare in the building industry but Wendy's got her goal and knows just the spot where her house will sit on her South Auckland holding.
