Science blogger - Chris McDowall

from Summer Noelle on Friday 21 January 2011

Science blogger Chris McDowall is passionate about maps. He has been described as a guru in visualising science data, turning boring databases into dynamic graphics. His latest entry on his blog Seeing Data is an animated map of Auckland's public transport network. He's also mapped a day in the life of Twitter. That's just his hobby, his real job is with Landcare Research where he does more mapping.
