Wayne Brittenden's Counterpoint

From Sunday Morning, 9:50 am on 21 September 2014

In the light of the controversial Five Eyes international surveillance operation, Wayne looks at the implications and related surveillance issues.

This programme follows up on Wayne's first Counterpoint for Radio New Zealand in 2012 in which he looks at civil liberties and the then uncompleted and virtually unknown NSA surveillance centre in the Mormon heartland of Utah.

Wallace Chapman follows up with Dr Binoy Kampmark of Melbourne’s RMIT University.
