Chef Erueti Tutaki invites Te Ahi Kaa into his kitchen and whips up a few of his delectable dishes.

Te Ahi Kaa explores whether treaty settlements by iwi are changing the way people perceive Māori.  Rosemary Rangitauira talks to Ngāti Whatua o Orakei Trustee Sharon Hawke and former Race Relations Commisisoner, Joris de Bres.  We also hear what people on the streets of Hamilton, Queenstown, and Dunedin think about tangata whenua.

Waiata featured:  ‘Treaty’ performed by Moana and the Moahunters from the album Rua (1998).
