A group, which opposes the Marine and Coastal Act, has been granted permission to be heard on an iwi's application for customary marine title in Ikaroa-Rawhiti. A Whanganui Maori development organisation is aiming to get 500 submissions to restrict the sale of synthetic drugs in the city.
