Topics - Labour's David Shearer is puzzled about the latest twist in the Malaysian diplomat case. Why was an email to Foreign Minister Murray McCully about former diplomat Muhammed Rizalman bin Ismail invoking diplomatic immunity went unopened for weeks? The official line is because communications were limited as the minister travelled to New York, a remote city on the far side of America. The head of Pacific Island Affairs Pauline Winter has been spending up large on travel between Auckland and Wellington. Act Leader Jamie Whyte - we discussed what he said yesterday and whether it was racist. He's now said Dame Susan Devoy jumped the gun and has interefered with the electoral process, beyond her brief as race relations commissioner. He wants her to resign.
