Topics - the Rena's been lying on the Astrolabe Reef off Tauranga since October 2011. She grounded and the oil spill that resulted led to New Zealand's worst environmental disaster. The government poised to reveal whether it wants the shipwreck to stay on Astrolabe Reef, or be removed. After a five year legal case a decison by the Supreme Court has allowed Greenpeace to regain the right to call itself a charity. One of the young men responsible for the death of Auckland school boy Stephen Dudley has escaped conviction after appearing in court. Fifteen year-old Stephen was attacked after rugby practice and never recovered from his injuries.
